Communication is an essential part of your skill set, you need to be confident and clear when talking about your work. If you talk about it in a good way it can make your work seem better than it is.

The majority of good creatives / designers are good at communicating. To be a good communicator well you need to be good at pitching, networking and you need to consider the audience.

When pitching you must be clear and concise to keep the audience engaged in what you are pitching. You must put across what your core idea is about the project, the fundamentals of the project – what the outcomes may be and also why your project works, the purpose of it.
